Rahsheem "Rocky" Hollis, Assistant Principal
(Mr. Hollis supervises Attendance, Driver Education, Health/Physical Education, the Student Advisors' Office, and Science)
Rahsheem "Rocky" Hollis joined the New Castle County Vo-Tech Family in 2006 as Student Advisor at Delcastle Technical High School. Before that, he served in various educator roles - as Student Advisor/Dean of Students at Christiana High School, teacher and Assistant Principal at a Philadelphia Charter School, and middle school English teacher in the Colonial School District (George Read Middle School). He received his Bachelor's degree from Cheyney University in Elementary Education and two Master's degrees from Wilmington University in School Leadership and Applied Technology in Education.
Rahsheem Hollis is a compassionate leader who strives to build relevant and impactful relationships that promote positive change, encouraging, and motivating student success.

Michael Paoli, Assistant Principal
(Mr. Paoli supervises Athletics, Career and Technical Education, Co-op, and Technology)

Mr. Paoli completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware and began his teaching career in the NCCVT School District. During this time, he completed his M.Ed. in School Leadership from Wilmington University. In 2011, Mr. Paoli was hired at Hodgson Vocational Technical High School as a Cosmetology instructor. Since then, he has served on several leadership committees both inside and outside of NCCVT.

Nathalie Princilus, Assistant Principal
(Dr. Princilus supervises Guidance, Mathematics, and Special Education)
Dr. Nathalie Princilus has been with our school district since 2011, serving as an inclusion coach, STEP program coordinator, and Special Education transition coordinator before being named an Assistant Principal in 2018. Dr. Princilus holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Masters in Special Education, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware.
